I ~ Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City on Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Acting Mayor McAllister and Councilmen Hicks, Johnson and Mulcahy, and the following was absent: Mayor Woodburn. Councilman Hicks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 82-40 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. p-81-1 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL . WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-81-1 consisting of the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, miscellaneous drainage facilities, neces- sary appurtenances, and procurement of easements on all proper- ties abutting Grey Fox Road between S.T.H. 51 and Lexington Avenue, and WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is $ 209,600.00 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the rnak~ng of said improvement amount to $ 76,190.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $285,790.00, and of this cost the City will pay $68,549.88 as its share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $217,240.12. 2. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis- tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improve- ment affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
