<br />.. <br />, <br />r <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: July 12, 1982 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City Hall <br /> <br />on Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor McAllister <br /> <br />and Councilmen Hicks, Johnson and Mulcahy; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Woodburn. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-38a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 81-52 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 27, 1981~ the City Council adopted Resolu- <br />tion No. 81-52 declaring cost to be assessed and ordering <br /> <br />preparation of proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. <br /> <br />P-80-1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council thereafter determined that Improve- <br /> <br />ment No. p-80-1 would not be assessed in 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that Resolution No. 81-52, as <br />... adopted in 1981, be and hereby is rescinded. <br />. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Hicks and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All Present: and <br />
