Johnson <br />Barbarossa & Sons <br /> <br />$397,789.20 <br />398,179.00 <br />402,491.45 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Nodland Associates of Osseo, <br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br /> <br />price of $344,929.50. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Arden HillS, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to enter into a contract with Nodland Associates <br /> <br />for $344,929.50 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the <br /> <br />above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br /> <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder <br /> <br />,'and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts <br /> <br />have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hicks and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All Present; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
