<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM FOR THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Land Planning Act, <br />M.S.A. 473.175 and 473.851 through 473.866, requires local <br />government units to prepare and adopt Comprehensive Plans, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Arden Hills has prepared and recommended approval of this <br />Comprehensive Plan, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this plan was submitted to the Metropoli- <br />tan Council on December 29th, 1980, and has been reviewed by <br />the Metropolitan Counci I pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sec- <br />tion 473.175, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropo II tan Counc I I on J u I Y 9th, 1981 <br />adopted the Arden HI lis Comprehensive Plan review report, <br />referral report No. 81-124, with recommendations for modifications, <br />corrections and additions contained In that report, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the modifications, corrections and additions <br />recommended by the Metropolitan Councl I have been incorporated <br />In this Comprehensive Plan, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has prepared a Capital Improvements <br />Program, as required by M.S.A. 473.852, and recommended In the <br />referral report No. 81-124. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of Arden Hills, pursuant to M.S.A. 473.864, adopts this Compre- <br />hensive Plan and this Capital Improvements Program as the offi- <br />cial plan of the Clt~ of Arden HII Is. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden <br /> <br />Hi"S~~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
