<br />.. <br /> <br />Extract of I.unutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />Ci ty 0 f Arden Hill s <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the lOth day <br />of May, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />'!he following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen Hicks, McAllister and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: One Vacancy. <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOOVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-8l-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on November 30, 1981, the City Consulting Engineers have pre- <br />pared plans and specifications for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST- <br />81-3 and have presented such plans and specifications to the <br />Council for approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. '!he City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement for Improvement No. SS-w-P-ST-8l-3 shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be <br />
