<br />,- <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~ /c1-U <br /> <br />~'~A. y~ <br />C!f.!..-' ~L/ <br />c;;:t.)~/ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: APRIL 26, 1982 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in the City <br />on the 26th day of April, 1982, at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose of <br />considering bids for and awarding the sale of $3,355,000 <br />General Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1982 of the <br />City. <br /> <br />The following members were Eresent: <br />and CowaailMn JobftllOl\, 1IaAl11.ter UIS B1ok. <br /> <br />Mayor WOOdburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: ODe Vaeuay <br /> <br />The Clerk-Administrator presented affidavits showing <br />publication of notice of call for bids on $3,355,000 General <br />Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1982 of the City, for <br />which bids were to be received at this meeting, in accordance <br />with the resolution adopted by the City Council on AprilS, <br />1982. The affidavits were examined, found to comply with the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were <br />approved and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The following bids were received at 4:00 P.M. on <br />April 26, 1982 and were opened at the office of the City's bond <br />consultant in the presence of an official of the City: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Interest Rate <br /> <br />Net Interest Cost <br /> <br />-e <br /> <br />1.
