The City Council will be asked to make a formal decision regarding the application <br />under Agenda Item 11 A. <br />Background <br />1. Existing Site Conditions: <br />4504 Hamline Avenue N. ("Subject Property") is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District, <br />and is designated for Low Density Residential Uses in the 2040 Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br />The Subject Property is the site of a single-family dwelling owned by Mr. Densmore. All adjacent <br />properties to the north, east, and south are also zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District, and <br />designated for Low Density Residential Uses in the 2040 Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
