Kaiser <br />Concrete Curb Co. <br />Victor Carlson & Sons <br /> <br />$55,231.00 <br />57,292.40 <br />61,922.40 <br />62,109.50 <br />62,236.50 <br />62,656.00 <br />69,971.10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Arcon Construction Co. of Mora, <br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br />price of $45,267.70. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />Ci ty of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby author- <br />ized and directed to enter into a oontract with Arcon Construc- <br /> <br />tion Co. for $45,267.70 in the name of the City of Arden Hills <br />for the above improvement accordinq to the plans and specifica- <br />tions thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />have been signed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hicks, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Alll and <br />the fOllowing voted against the same: None I whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />c:tJtli4Y.... <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />,cf~~ <br />~ <br />
