<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hi lis has applied to the <br /> <br />Commissioner of Transportation for a grant from the Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Outdoor Recreation Act, Chapter 421 for the development of a <br />bikeway (termini sections are: begins Lexington Avenue ends <br />MNTH 51) and located within CSAH 15 Road right-of-way, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Engineer's Estimate, the amount <br />of the grant has been estimated to be $29,527,00, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final grant amount is subject to the <br /> <br />determination of contract costs based on the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bid, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hil Is does hereby affirm that any cost of the bikeway in excess <br /> <br />of the grant wi II be the responsibility of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, and that any grant monies appropriated for the bikeway, <br />but not required, based on the final estimate, shal I be returned <br /> <br />to the Minnesota Outdoor Recreation Fund, Minnesota Department <br />of Transportation, <br /> <br />The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br />to sign and execute on behalf of the City of Arden HII Is, County <br />of Ramsey, Grant Agreement Number 62-0110-01, with the State of <br /> <br />Minnesota, a copy of which was before the Arden HI lis City Councl I, <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden HII Is City Council this 8th day of <br /> <br />Eebruary, 1982. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~~~~ <br /> <br />Robert L, Woodburn <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />---) <br />~,wM;)~ <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />Clerk Administrator <br />
