<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such <br />work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City <br />Clerk Administrator until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on March 18, 1982, <br />at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by <br />the City Clerk Administrator and City Consulting Engineer, will <br />then be tabulated, and will subsequently be considered by the <br />Council, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and <br />filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk Ad- <br />ministrator for ten percent {lOll of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hollenhorst and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Al11 and <br />the following voted against the same: None 1 whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
