<br />, <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 11th day of January, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen Johnson and McAllisterl and the following was absent: <br />Councilman Hollenhorstl one vacancy. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-81-5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted December 28, 1981, the Council <br />has directed the City ConSUlting Engineer to prepare a prelimi- <br />nary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />including all that property in the general area north of Floral <br />Drive, east of Trunk Highway 10, south of Briarknoll Second <br />Addition, and west of the east boundary of the City park by the <br />installation of sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage facili- <br />ties, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances. The Consulting Engineer was also directed to <br />include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed im- <br />provement and as to whether such improvement should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted <br />and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and <br />directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk <br />Administrator. The improvement proposed to be made in the <br />general manner set forth in the report is deSignated as <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-81-5. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on February 1, 1982, at 8:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator <br />is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, <br />place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the <br />
