SS-W-P-ST-8l-5 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on the 1st day of February, 1982, at <br />8:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improve- <br />ment No. SS-W-P-ST-8l-5 including all that property in the <br />general area north of Floral Drive, east of Trunk Highway 10, <br />south of Briarknoll Second Addition, and west of the east <br />boundary of the City park by the installation of sanitary <br />sewer, water, storm drainage facilities, bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances.
