<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James W. Wingert was elected as <br /> <br />Councilman, serving from January 1, 1974 until December <br /> <br />31, 1980, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he returned on May 26, 1981, at <br /> <br />personal sacrifice, to serve the City again, in time of <br /> <br />need, as Councilman and Acting Mayor, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he also served on many special pro- <br /> <br />jects - as liaison to the Planning Commission for seven <br /> <br />years he contributed extensively to the Comprehensive <br /> <br />Development Plan and to the orderly development of the <br /> <br />City; as Chairman of the Cable Television Advisory Com- <br /> <br />mittee and Director of the North Suburban Cable Commis- <br /> <br />sion he strove to fulfill the needs of the community, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, prior to his election as City Counci1- <br /> <br />man he was a member of the Planning Commission for two <br /> <br />years, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in all undertakings, Jim gave gener- <br /> <br />ous1y and cheerfully of his time and talents to the <br /> <br />benefit of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden <br /> <br />Hills Council extends its condolences to his wife, <br /> <br />Shirley, and his family, and <br /> <br />LET IT BE KNOWN that Arden Hills expresses its <br /> <br />appreciation, and will sorely miss the dedication of <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />James W.
