<br />~i <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br />of December, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen Johnson, McAllister and Hollenhorst; and the fallowing <br />was absent: Councilman Wingert. <br />Councilman Hollenhorst inuoduced and lIIOved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />ResoluUon No. 81-91 <br /> <br />ltESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OJ' <br />PE'1'I'1'IOII AND ORDERING PREPARATION OJ' REPORT <br />ON' IMPROVEMEN'l' 110. SS-W-P-ST-8l-S <br /> <br />WHBRBAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Arden Hills, in the general area north of Floral <br />Drive, east of Trunk Highway 10, south of Briarknoll Second <br />Addition, and west of the east boundary of the City park by the <br />installation of sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage facili- <br />ties, bituminous pavinq, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on December 9, 1981, is <br />. hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />NOW, TllBREPORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OJ' THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br />
