S. .JcCrossan, Inc. of OSseo, <br />l-linnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br />price of $203,042.50. <br />NOW, THEREFORB, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, MllU18sota: <br />1. Tbe Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with C. s. Mccressan, Inc. <br />for $203,042.50 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the <br />above improvement according- to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts <br />have been signed. <br />Tbe motion for the adoption of the foregoinq resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All, and <br />the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />. <br />
