<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No, 61-63 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 72-56, <br />AND ESTABLISHING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS AND <br />PERMIT FEE FOR CERTAIN NON-CONFORMING ACTIVI- <br />TIES IN THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the Intention of the City Council <br />to regulate certain activities which are,carrled on, on a <br />non-conforming basis, by permit instead of by license, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a permit has been required for render- <br />Ing plants sInce January I, 1973, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-58 grants Minneapolis <br />Hide and Tallow Company, a dIvisIon of Conserve Industries, <br />a permit for conducting a non-conforming rendering plant <br />and affixes certain conditions as to operation thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a permIt fee <br />of $300.00/year be established for rendering plants, effec- <br />tive January 1,1982, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit applications <br />shall be approved by the City Councl I, and <br /> <br />BE I T FURTHER RESOLVED that th,e City Counc I I may <br />Impose such additional regulations with ~he permit as It <br />deems necessary, and ' <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER <br />at any time cancel such <br />Interest exl sts. <br /> <br />RESOLVED that <br />permit Issued <br /> <br />, <br />th~ CIty Councl I may <br />I fj a pressing public <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden HI lis Council <br />1981. <br /> <br />th I s~ay of ~/_.AIJr.l <br />I <br />j <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />t(~~#77~ <br />Robert .
