<br />r <br /> <br />Mn/DOT 2521 la/7SI <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 81-82 <br />FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL <br /> <br />At a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Arden Hills <br /> <br />held on the <br /> <br />23rd <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />November <br /> <br />, 19 ~ , the following Resolution was offered by <br /> <br />MeA I I I ste r <br /> <br />seconded by <br /> <br />Hollenhorst <br /> <br />to wit: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHE REAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a preliminary layout <br /> <br />for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 1 ?'i renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 'i1 <br /> <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />,~ <br /> <br />at Hamline Avenue me <br /> <br />; and seeks the <br /> <br />approval thereof, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of Transportation, <br /> <br />Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as <br /> <br />Layout No.1 S.P. 6216-87 <br /> <br />(51=125) at Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk <br /> <br />Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of the Resolution <br />MeAl I ister, Hollenhorst, Johnson, Woodburn <br /> <br />The following Council Members voted against its adoption: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon the Mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted. <br /> <br />Dated <br /> <br />November 23. <br /> <br />, 19..a.1--' <br /> <br />~/~-~ ~ <br />M. iM~ <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF <br /> <br />.
