II p rov i des that <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />the Council may, In its discretion, at any time after general <br />obligation bonds have been authorized, adopt a resolution <br />levying a portIon of tax levies prior to delivery of the <br />obi Igatlons, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at Its regular meeting on September 28, 1981, <br /> <br /> <br />the Council discussed projects proposed to be funded by the <br /> <br />bond Issue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Councl I deems It advisable to have contrac- <br />tor bids for all projects, if possible, prior to the bond <br /> <br />Issue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 81-62, the Council has levied <br /> <br /> <br />$90,000 for taxes payable In 1982 In anticipation of the bond <br /> <br />issue; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council authorizes <br /> <br />a bond Issue of approximately 2 1/2 millIon dollars, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond sale for Improve- <br /> <br />ment Bond Series 4 be deferred until January or February, 1982. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills CIty Councl I this 9th day of <br /> <br />November, 1981. <br /> <br />~A~~~ <br />obert L.
