<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-78 <br /> <br />PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON GREY FOX ROAD <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the CIty of Arden Hills has planned <br /> <br /> <br />the Improvement of S.A.P. 187-105-02 (Grey Fox Road Improv- <br /> <br /> <br />ment No. P81-1) from S.T.H. 51 to Lexington Avenue, and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the CIty of Arden Hills will be expend- <br /> <br /> <br />Ing Municipal State Aid Funds on the Improvement of said <br /> <br /> <br />street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Improvement does not conform to the <br /> <br />approved mInimum standards as previously adopted for such <br />MunIcipal State Aid Streets and that approval of the proposed <br />construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must <br /> <br />therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictIons, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictIons that <br /> <br />would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this <br /> <br />construction as a Municipal State Aid project In the City of <br />Arden Hills has been determined. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the <br />City of Arden Hills shall restrict the parkIng to motor <br />vehicles on the south side of Grey Fox Road at all times. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden HI lis City Council this 26th <br />day of October, 1981. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />. obert L.
