<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />October 26, 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 26th day of October, 1981, at 7.30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen Johnson, McAllister and Hollenhorst, and the follow- <br />ing was absent: Councilman t'1ingert. <br /> <br />Councilman McAllister introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON D4PROVEMENT NO. P-8l-4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted October 13, 1981, the Council <br />has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a prelimi- <br />nary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />including all that property abutting and west of Lexington <br />Avenue between County Road E and Victoria Street by the install- <br />ation of concrete curb and gutter, being done in conjunction <br />with Ramsey County's improvement of Lexington Avenue. The con- <br />sulting Engineer was also directed to include in the report the <br />estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connec- <br />tion with some other improvement. The preliminary report and <br />cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council <br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement <br />proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />report is designated as Improvement No. P-8l-4. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on November 30, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, <br />place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the <br />official newspaper, New Brighton Bulletin, which publications <br />
