<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVE~mNT NO. P-81-4 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HERE~Y GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on the 30th day of ~ovember, 1981, <br />at 7;30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-81-4 including all that property abutting <br />and west of Lexington Avenue between County Road E and Victoria <br />Street by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, being <br />done in conjunction with Ramsey County's improvement of Lexing- <br />ton Avenue. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City Clerk <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$23,900.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the fOllowing; <br /> <br />The E 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 22 and the <br />E 1/4 of the E 1/4 of Sec. 27, all in T. <br />30; R. 23; in Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated; October 26, 1981 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />City Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />. <br />
