<br />-- <br />1. <br />.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 13th day <br />of October, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen Wingert, Johnson and McAllister; and the fOllowing <br />was absent: Councilman Hollenhorst. <br />Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the fOllowing resolution: <br />Resolution No. 81-74 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVElIJENT NO. P-8l-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />City of Arden Hills including all that property abutting and <br />west of Lexington Avenue between County Road E and Victoria <br />Street by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, being <br />done in conjunction with Ramsey County's improvement of <br />Lexington Avenue, and to assess the benefitted property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes <br /> <br />1961). <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Consulting Engineer for study and that he is instructed to <br />
