<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council <br />City of Arden Hl11s <br />Ramsey County, .linnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rt!9Ular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br />of September, 1981, at 7;30 o'clock p.m. <br />'l'I1e following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen wingert, Johnson, McAllister and Hollenhorst; and <br />the following were absent: , None. <br />Councilman Hollenhorst introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Beso1ution No. 81-68 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEt"\!ENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-81-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Arden Hills, in the area generally bounded by a <br />line parallel with Old Highway 10 and approximately 110 feet <br />west thereof, County Road E on the south, Soo Line Railroad <br />tracks on the north, and State Trunk Highway 51 on the east <br />by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, necessary drainage facili- <br />ties, and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br />September 14, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA; <br />
