<br />City of Arden Hills <br />Planning Commission Meeting for November 8, 2023 <br />P:\Planning\Planning Cases\2023\PC 23-018, Wahlberg Solar Energy System – CA <br />Page 8 of 8 <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on September 13, 2023. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by November 11, 2023 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period. With consent of the Applicant, the City may extend the review period beyond the initial <br />120 days. On October 6, 2023, the City provided the Applicant with written notification extending <br />the review period to January 11, 2024 (120 days) based on the Planning Commission’s direction <br />to table the planning application and for review by the Planning Commission and City Council <br />during the November meeting cycle.
