Corner Building Height Allowance: Corner buildings may exceed the maximum building height by 25% along no more than 20% of the building’s frontage along each corresponding street façade. The purpose of the allowance is to encourage inclusion of architectural features and no mechanical equipment shall be located on top of a roof area that takes advantage of this allowance. Corner Building Height Allowances are not permitted in the Neighborhood Zone. <br />
