<br />..... <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City COuncil <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey COunty, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Oci:ober 13, 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant i:o due call and notice thereof, the City COuncil <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Tuesday, the 13th day of October, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor WOodburn and <br />COuncilmen Johnson, Wingert and McAllisterl and the following <br />was absent: COuncilman Hollenhorst. <br /> <br />COuncilman Wingert introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-81-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the COuncil of the City of Arden Hills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 28, 1981, the COuncil <br />has directed the City consulting enqineer to prepare a prelimi- <br />nary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />includinq all that property in the area generally bounded by <br />S.T.H. 51 on the east, COunty Road E on the south, the west <br />line of Sec. 27 on the west, and the Soo Line Railroad right of <br />way on the north by the installation of sanitary sewer, water- <br />main, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, necessary <br />drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The consulting <br />engineer was also directed to include in the report the esti- <br />mated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such <br />improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the COuncil and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement pro- <br />posed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report <br />is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-8l-3. <br /> <br />2. The COuncil shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on November 30, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator is <br />
