SS-W-P-ST-Sl-3 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the COuncil of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on the 30th day of November, 1981, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-8l-3 including all that property in <br />the area qenerally bounded by S.T.H. 51 on the east, COunty <br />Road E on the south, the west line of Sec. 27 on the west, and <br />the 800 Line Railroad right of way on the north by the install- <br />ation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, necessary drainage facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances.
