T.H. 694 <br />BETWEEN LEXINGTON AVENUE AND HAMLINE AVENUE WITHIN <br />THE CORPORATE CITY LIMITS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills anter into Alp.-ee- <br />ment No. 60609 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Trans- <br />portation for the foJ.lowillg purposes, to-wit: to provide for pay- <br />nlent by the City to the State of the City1s share of the costs of <br />all of the cooperative joint-use storm sewer facilities construc- <br />tion from andinclud:cng Manhol? No.7 t.o and including Apron No.8 <br />which crosses Interstate Trunk Highway No. 694 between Lexington <br />Avenue (County State Aid Highway No. 51) and Hamline Avenue (Trunk <br />Nighway NO. 51) to be performed under State Project No. 6285-87 <br />(T.H. 694-393) within the corporate City Limits. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 28th day of <br />September 1981 <br /> <br />tf~~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
