'- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, i't appears that Lametti & Sons, Inc. of Hugo, <br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br />price of $755,000.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br />1. '!he Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with Lametti " Sons, Inc. <br />for $755,000.00 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the <br />above improvemen't according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City COuncil and on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2.
