<br />,.:. . <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 31R~ day of <br /> <br />AUl\ust <br /> <br />, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Robert Woodburn, <br /> <br />Councilmen Janet Hollenhorst, Maurice Johnson, Diane McAllister <br />and James Wingert <br /> <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Win2ert <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />Resolution No. Rl-~R <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as. adopted on September 28, <br /> <br />1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County on October 28, 1970, for the purpose o~ including install- <br />ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes com- <br />.. mencing in 1971; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- <br /> <br />assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br /> <br />ments Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which <br />
