The following members were present: Mayor Robert Woodburn, <br />Councilmen Janet Hollenhorst, Maurice Johnson, Diane McAllister and <br />James Wingert. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />COuncilmanWin2ert <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />81-,7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement <br /> <br />W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 9, <br /> <br /> <br />1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll have been divided <br /> <br />and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />
