Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City COuncil City of Arden Hills Ramsey COunty, Minnesota August 10, 1981 A regular meeting of the COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Ball on August 10, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Robert Woodburn, Councilmen James Wingert, Janet Hollenhorst, Diane McAllister and the following were absent; The City Clerk Administrator presented to the COuncil the Council MauriaeJohnson proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-80-2 prepared by her with the assistance of the City COnsulting Enqineer as directed by the Council on July 27, 1981, and reported that the assessment: roll is now on file in her office and open to public inspection. Councilman Wingert then introduced the following reso- lution and IlIOved its adoption: Resolution No. 81-54 . RESOLU'l'ION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR Il-1PROVE.>.lENT NO. SS-W-80-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills that the proposed asses8lllElDt roll for Improvement No. SS-W-80-2 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk Adminis- trator is directed 'to publish and mail notice that the COuncil will meet to consider the proposed assessment on August 31, 1981, at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in the City of Arden Hills, at 8100 o'clock p.m. 'l'he notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the qe~ral nature of said improWll8ot, the area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, and that written or oral
