APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Grant requested Item l0A be removed from the agenda, stating Arden Hills Tobacco has <br /> waived the public hearing they previously requested and noting the business had paid the violation <br /> fee and are coming into compliance as required. <br /> Councilmember Holden requested Item 8G be pulled from the Consent Agenda to be discussed <br /> as Item 9A. <br /> Councilmember Monson requested Item 817 be pulled from the Consent Agenda to be discussed <br /> at Item 9B. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> 2. TCAAP/RICE CREEK COMMONS UPDATE <br /> City Administrator Perrault stated the JDA has not met since the last City Council meeting.
