Attached is a <br /> copy of the proposed draft ordinance language. <br /> You are invited to attend the November 13 meeting, which will be held in the City Council <br /> Chambers at the Arden Hills City Hall located at 1245 W Highway 96 in Arden Hills and begins <br /> promptly at 7:00 p.m. <br /> The City Council will take public comments during the Public Inquiries/Informational portion of <br /> the meeting, which takes place shortly after the meeting is called to order. Please be on time if you <br /> wish to have the opportunity to comment in person.
