Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City on Monday, the 27th day of July, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and COuncilmen Johnson, Wingert, McAllister and Hollenhorst; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Wingert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 81-52 RESOLUTION RELATING TO I~~ROVEMENT NO. P-80-l DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-80-1 of the City of Arden Hills on County Road E from Lexington Avenue, west to Highway 51 by the installation of underqround power and telephone facilities, decorative lighting, walkways, traffic channelization and landscaping, and necessary appurte- nances, and -. WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 391,043 and the other expenses in- curred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 60,457 so that the total cost of the improve- ment will be ~ 451,500 , and of this cost the City will pay $ ]1,.3.5711 as its share of the cost.
