The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis- <br />tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate <br />thp proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />ev y assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improve- <br />ment affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by <br />law, and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in <br />her office for public inspection. Tne City Clerk Administrator <br />may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division <br />of the COunty of Ramsey in ti.e preparation of the proposed <br />assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion of <br />such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their <br />further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing <br />therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Wingert, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br />the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />hUY <br />~~ <br />~~ <br /> <br />f(~~~ <br />.~ <br />
