Wingert <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />COuncilman WinreTt: introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-47 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the City of Arden <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for COnsolidated Water Improve- <br />ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September <br />24, 1968, was filed and certified to the COunty Auditor of <br />Ramsey COunty on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected alonq with real estate <br />taxes commencing in 1969; and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- <br /> <br />veyed by previous property owners, and <br />
