Woodburn, <br /> <br />Council.en Janet Hollenhorst, Maurice Johnaoa, Diane McAllister, <br />~ft~elh~'f~ffMViq were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Wingert <br /> <br />then introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 8l-46 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for COnsolidated Water <br /> <br />Improvement Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />in 1971, and <br /> <br />---. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- <br /> <br /> <br />assessments in respect to Consolidated Water Improvement Nos. <br /> <br />68-2 and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, <br />
