ST-81-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant: to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on May 26, 1981, the City Consulting Engineers have prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. S'1'-81-2 and have <br /> <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />NOW, "l'HEREI'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Bills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part: hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. '.lbe CUy Clerk Mp'inistrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted. in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />and in the COnstruction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. '.lbe ad- <br />vertisement for Improvement No. ST-8l-2 shall be published as <br />required by law, shall specify the work 'to be done, shall call <br />
