Paul, Minnesota <br /> <br />for $ 69,175.85 <br /> <br />in the name of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills for the above improvement accordinq to the <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City <br />COuncil and on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2.
