<br />-. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES <br />FOR ANIMAL CONTROL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Code of Ordinances of Arden Hills, Section <br />5-59, provides that i.pound.ent fees are to be established by <br />Resolution, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the ADima1 Pound Agreement between the City of Arden <br />Hills and Brighton Veterinary Clinic astablishes additional charges <br />for animal control, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following charges <br />are hereby established: <br /> <br />1. $10.00 per animal for pick up. <br /> <br />2. $ 4.00 per day for boarding dogs. <br /> <br />3. $ 3.00 per day lor boarding cats. <br /> <br />4. $ 5.00 per day for isolating dogs. <br /> <br />5. $ 3.50 per day for isolating cats. <br /> <br />6. $12.00 per animal weighing up to 39 1bs, <br />delivered by the City, to be destroyed <br />in a proper and humans mannar. <br /> <br />7. $15.00 per animal weighing 40 1bs. or <br />more delivered by the City to be destroyed <br />in a proper and humane manner. <br /> <br />8. $9.00 per animal to dispose of dead animals <br />delivered by the City. <br /> <br />9.
