.. Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota June 22, 1981 . Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 22, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and Councilmen Wingert, McAllister and Johnson, and the following was absent: Councilman Hollenhorst. After a discussion of the views and comments of the persons present at the public feasibility hearing of March 30, 1981, Councilman Wingert then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 81-40 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-8l-l UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 . BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public' hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. P-8l-l consisting of the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, miscellaneous drainage facilities, neces- sary appurtenances, and procurement of easements, including all properties abutting Grey Fox Road and its extension thereof be- tween S.T.H. 51 and Lexington Avenue, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $543,900.00, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on fiie in the office of the City Clerk Administrator, and having considered the views of .all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property
