Corner Building Height Allowance: Corner buildings may exceed the maximum <br />building height by 25% along no more than 20% of the building's frontage along each <br />corresponding street facade. The purpose of the allowance is to encourage inclusion of <br />architectural features and no mechanical equipment shall be located on top of a roof area <br />that takes advantage of this allowance.
