<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, lUnnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />~1innesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br />96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 23rd day of March <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayar Charlie Crichton, <br />Councilmen Robert Woodburn, Maurice Johnson, Janet Hollenhorst, <br />Diane McAllister. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-20 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING '1'0 APPORTIONMENT OP <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING '1'0 CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER Il-1PROVEI1ENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 <br /> <br />BE I'r RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, IUnnesota, as follows: <br />llfHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water <br />Improvements Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted <br />on September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose <br />of including installments thereof to be collected along with <br />real estate taxes coll\lllencing in 1969; and <br />l'IBEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners; and <br />
