<br />'. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />/ .5,1-;,/1"; I! ~ ~""'u-t2 <br />/ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, ninnesota <br /> <br />1-1arch 9, 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call arid notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br /> <br />Hall on Monday, the 9th day of t1arch, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Charlie Crichton, <br />Councilmen Maurice Johnson and Janet Hollenhorst <br />and the following liere absent: Councilmen Robert Woodburn and <br />Diane McAllister <br />Councilman Hollenhorst introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IHPROVE!"1ENT NO. P-81-l <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted February 23, 1981, the Council <br />has directed the City consulting engineer to prepare a pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />including all properties abutting Grey Fox Road and its exten- <br />sion thereof between S.T.H. 51 and Lexington Avenue by the <br />installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, <br />miscellaneous drainage facilities, necessary appurtenances, <br />and procurement of easements. The consulting engineer was also <br />directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the <br />proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have <br />been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk Administrator. The improvement proposed to be made <br />in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as <br />Improvement No. P-8l-1. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on March 30, 1981, at 7,30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of <br />l-finnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator <br />
