ST-81-2 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on the 30th day of March, 1981, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement <br />No. ST-8l-2 including that portion of the City of Arden Hills <br />bounded by Lexington Avenue on the east, County Road E on the <br />south,S.T.H. 51 and Hamline Avenue on the ~~st, and westerly <br />extension of Victoria Avenue on the north by the installation <br />of storm drainage facilities including reinforced concrete <br />pipe ranging in size from 18 inches through 72 inches in <br />diameter, construction of detention basins, ouUet structures <br />and miscellaneous appurtenances, and procurement of drainage <br />easements. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminarv engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City Clerk <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />The total cost of the improvement to be completed in con- <br />junction with the City of Shoreview and Ramsey County is <br />presenUy estimated at $1,533,782.00. Of that amount, the <br />City of Arden Hills' share is estimated at $945,527.00. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall <br />be the following: <br /> <br />The SE 1/4 of Sec. 22, T. 30, R. 23 except <br />the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 thereof, and the E <br />1/2 of Sec. 27, T. 30, R. 23 in Arden Hills, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City COuncil at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 9, 1981 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />City Clerk Administrator <br />
