CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2023-018 <br />On the I Ph day of December, 2023, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Appendix A of <br />Ordinance No. 2023-018, and by five affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. <br />4, directed that a summary of Appendix A of Ordinance 2023-018 be published. <br />Appendix A of Ordinance 2023-018 entitled "2024 Fee Schedule" an Ordinance Relating <br />to Fees Payable within the City of Arden Hills for 2024. The primary purpose of the ordinance <br />is to update the Municipal Code to reflect fees for the calendar year of 2024. <br />A full copy of Appendix A of Ordinance 2023-018 is available for inspection by any <br />person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112.
