March 13,2002 Regular City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Council Member Rem arrived at 7:06 p,m. <br /> <br />Council Member Rem requested the following changes: Page lO, first sentence, <br />delete the following: "Board was going to have a" and add the following "is <br />involved in a summer bike ride,. ," <br /> <br />Council Member Grant requested the following changes: page 6, paragraph above <br />the Motion delete the word "doing". Page 7, first paragraph to read: "Council <br />Member Grant asked staffs thoughts on why the remaining 29 comer guards were <br />being recommended for installation in 2003", Page 9, 3rd paragraph to read: <br />"Council Member Grant requested clarification from the City Administrator <br />regarding a letter received from Rehbein", <br /> <br />Council Member Larson requested the following changes: Page 9, paragraph 7, to <br />read: "Council Member Larson stated hc believed the Council made two decisions <br />that were not good decisions at the last Council meeting, one being the reduced <br />park dedication fee, the other was the Pavement Management Program Plan. He <br />indicated he could not find any good justification for what the Council did with <br />respect to this fee. He believed the Council made the wrong decision regarding <br />this. He indicated the second decision was the widening of the street-'..Jhe street <br />reconstruction project, and the decision to proceed with a more costly street <br />width." <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Council Member Rem <br />seconded a motion to approve the May 13, 2002 regular City Council <br />Meeting as amended.
