<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 24, 2002 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 339 Establishing Regulations for Lawn Fertilizer <br />Application <br /> <br />City Planner Parrish reviewed the Ordinance regulating the sale of phosphorous <br />fertilizer. <br /> <br />Council Member Larson requested Mr. Parrish check the transcription on Page 2, <br />Subd. I, A(i). He indicated there appeared to be some language missing, Mr. <br />PalTish replied this was taken directly from the Statute, but he would check the <br />language. <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch stated this would be the first reading of the Ordinance and would be <br />brought back to Council for the next City Council meeting for second reading. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to place this on the next City Council Agenda on July 8, <br />2002 for discussion, <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Council Member Larson <br />seconded a motion to direct staff to place this on the next City <br />Council Agenda. The motion calTied unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />8. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />9. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />A. 2002 Retreat Goals Review <br /> <br />City Administrator Lynch reviewed the revised 2002 Goal Schedule and updated <br />Council on the progress of these goals. <br /> <br />Council Member Rem asked when there would be another public meeting with the <br />Design Center to discuss the TCAAP issue, Mr. PalTish replied they would be <br />holding a public meeting on July 10, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />.
