MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Aplikowski seconded a motion to postpone this to the August 26 meeting to see the full implementation plan. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). 2. APPROV AL OF MIXUTES A. July 29,2002 Council Meeting Council Member Grant requested the following changes: Page 9, second paragraph under the Goserud Final Plat should read: "Mayor Probst stated he had not supported this.. .". Council Member Larson requested the following changes: Page 4, second paragraph change fronage to frontage. Page 3, second paragraph from the bottom should read: "Mr. Bujold requested after the drainage issue was addressed by the Operations and Maintenance Department, and if it was determined there was a drainage problem, that this be fixed...". Page 5, above Finance should read: Council Member Larson requested they have a future discussion on how the City will.. ." Page 7, he requested the spelling of Gronsted be chccked. He believed it was spelled Kronsted. Page 8, he requested the name Kahnkc be checked. He believcd it was spelled Konke. MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Council Membcr Grant seconded a motion to approve the July 29, 2002 Council Mceting as amended. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). 3.
